The solution
We developed a mobile-friendly website for customers that iseasy to use.
Also, we developed a backend to ensure that the requests are matched with the profiles of service providers correctly and that the leads are properly distributed among the companies. Besides this, we implemented the Azure service for email communication between customers, administrators, and service providers.
